We built this black grid shower enclosure using ultra clear safety glass and a slim black frame. The entire structure wraps around a corner, keeping the space open and clean with bold lines and balanced detailing.
When shut, the door lines up precisely with the screen, forming a symmetrical grid. Every black strip is 30mm wide, including the joint lines, which helps create a tidy and modern look across the entire shower.
We recessed the seals within the frame to reduce visual clutter. We used small hinges and hid the fixings to keep the enclosure neat and tight against the bathroom walls.
We aligned the frame with the floor tiles to form a low-profile threshold. The design makes the shower easy to step into while keeping the frame securely joined to the floor and tray.
The corner design works well in rooms with limited space or strong layout features. This setup blends structure with comfort and sits nicely between our shower screens and full enclosures.
We used toughened ultra clear glass for each panel and added an easy-clean surface that lasts up to five years. This coating repels water and slows down limescale, keeping the shower looking polished with less maintenance.
The 25mm thick frame wraps around the door and side screen, forming a strong outline with minimal bulk. This design shows how careful engineering can balance precision, durability and a clear layout.
